..actually it is not at all sufficient for a person who uses his eyes more than 16 hours continuously.
Have we ever thought that just by closing eyes we cannot even drink a glass of water, so how can we live without it??
God has given this wonderful but complicated organ which we cannot even buy from any shop or from any hospital or cannot get it as a donation from other person.
So, in a simple way we need to understand the value of eyes. Once we will understand the value of eyes, we will be sincere and will try to find out the actual eye education to keep eyesight better.
Here we will know about the eye education-
Eye education is a combination of three different ideas to maintain a better eyesight without any visual aid.
These are- 1) Eye Exercise
2) Eye Relaxation
and 3) Natural Process
Eye Exercise:
Different types of eye movement and accommodation exercise which helps to accommodate eye muscles properly.
Eye Relaxation:
Few basic process which helps to relax eyeball.
Natural Process:
Different types of natural process like panchakarma, bandage, different types of pack which helps to nourish our eyeball, optic nerve and sensory nerve.
As a common man we generally has a very less idea about eye, eyesight and the importance of Eye Education. Even a eye doctor never tells us (reminds) the importance of eye education or how to maintain eyes in a proper way.
For this reason we are very much careless about our eyes, we think that a single time eye wash in the morning after waking up from the bed is sufficient to keep eyesight perfect, but actually not.....
Stand or sit in a dark room in front of a bulb light, close your eyes and swing your head left to right and right to left for 3-4 minutes. This process stimulates the retinal blood circulation.
Sit in a dark room in front of a candle flame, the distance between your eye and candle should be 1 foot. Breathe in for 1 second then breathe out for 1 second and blink.
This process helps for the concentration and gets harmony between eye and mind.
Putting cold pack on eyes relaxes eyeball as well as eye muscles, it also helps to moist tear film.
Person works in the laptop should follow this at least 4-5 times in a day during the work time.
